MHSAL Submissions

We provide 2 options for MHSAL submissions, each based on your preferences.

SELF SERVICE OPTION

For clinics wanting to take care of their submissions themselves and understand the submission and remittance process already.

Using our web portal, upload your appointment files from any software including Excel. You can also add appointments manually if preferred.

You then create the MHSAL submission file that gets submitted to MHSAL via the WebLink Gateway.  You also download the remittance file and upload that file to our portal to reconcile claims.

Setup includes training of admin staff, and vitural assistance as needed.

Pricing is per clinic, regardless of how many practitioners there are.

FULL SERVICE OPTION

For clinics that want us to take care of the entire process.

You provide us with access to your scheduling program and we can download directly, or you can supply us with your file via a secure encrypted server for upload. 

We then coordinate with you about correcting patient data

$400 setup fee + travel if outside of Winnipeg 

$50 per month thereafter

Full Service

Provide us with a daily file of your schedule, and we will submit files and verify the remittances for you.  We communicate with your admin staff for any missing data and corrections needed.

Pricing is per practitioner.

PER PRACTIONER:

$400 per practitioner setup, 

$75 per month per practitioner,

or 2.5% of billings thereafter
